The Story of Salou was inspired by true events which took place between two lovers of different backgrounds. I was eight years old when I overheard the talks between my father and his young colleague, Dr. C and had therefore, the privilege of witnessing what this couple experienced as they were getting engaged. Their story prompted me to write many years later…
